Quality Care
Are you noticing painful patterns in your life? Are your thoughts obsessive and out of control?
Does your life feel out of balance?
Are you frustrated with the status quo and uncertain about which way to go next?
Do you feel alienated from others, maybe even yourself?
Physical, emotional and even spiritual symptoms often indicate where attention and healing are needed. Whatever the form of suffering calling for your attention, it is important. Through warmth and compassion I provide a space to make conscious what has driven suffering. The work reveals new ways to understand symptoms, what they are conveying, and what life is asking of you.

A Happier, Healthier Life
Helping Children and Teens become Well-Adjusted Adults
Growing up in our world is an incredibly challenging task. Children and teens often need extra help expressing and managing difficult feelings and navigating the highs and lows of this process. Through a combination of play and talk therapy I support young people in finding healthy ways to express themselves and to find their unique voices. I also support them in finding new and improved ways to communicate with their peers and the adults in their lives. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to set up an initial consultation

PARENT CONSULTATION AND FAMILY THERAPY
Here For You
Young people often express themselves and reach out for help in ways that are confusing for parents. I help parents in translating their young person's behavior into meaningful communications. I guide parents in teaching their children how to manage their emotions and express themselves in ways that invite support and understanding. I also support parents in understanding how their own histories are activated by their children. As you understand your child and yourself better, you might begin to notice shifts in how you each express yourselves and relate to one another.
