WHAT IS YOUR SPECIALTY?
WHO DO YOU HELP?
I often work with adults who are insightful and high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel anxious, disconnected, or emotionally flat. Maybe you’re someone who overthinks everything, struggles to trust others (or yourself), or finds that therapy makes sense but doesn’t really shift how you feel day to day. You might already be on a self-growth journey—or this might be your first time in therapy.
Either way, you’re welcome here.

I specialize in treating the feelings of helplessness and hopelessness associated with anxiety and depression. I find that combining relational techniques and addressing unconscious motives can help with most psychological challenges.

I often help young women who are feeling shy, anxious, obsessive, depressed, struggling with perfectionism or life transitions. I enjoy helping girls and women achieve developmentally appropriate social-emotional, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
I am licensed to offer therapy to California residents, and currently practice out-of-network & virtually. If you wish to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide an invoice (known as a "superbill") that may help you access reimbursement depending on the plan you are on.
CAN YOU HELP ME?
Fit between a client and a therapist is one of the most important factors in successful treatment; I invite you to read a bit about what I do and, if it seems like we could be a good fit, click here to schedule a free 15 minute consult.
